Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss available products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and industry regulations

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation structure
• Annual earnings potential of $65,000–$120,000+ based on individual performance, production, experience, and applicable incentive programs
• Multiple performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities may be available throughout the year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical business practices
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
