Handyman (Facilities Technician)Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team. This role is responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents, responding to maintenance requests, and helping maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property.The ideal candidate will have experience with apartment turnovers, drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. Daily responsibilities include apartment turnovers, service requests, preventative maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep. Employees work closely with a small maintenance team in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and resident satisfaction are top priorities. The role requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment, as well as participation in an on-call rotation and winter snow removal efforts.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
