This role leads site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The Regional Recruitment Lead designs and executes regional enrollment strategies, ensures timely follow-up of all patient leads, and partners closely with corporate and site teams using a data-driven, hands-on leadership approach to consistently meet performance and revenue targets.Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business HoursLocation: Remote with occassional travel to sites, regional offices, and community events.Compensation: Competitive base compensation + bonusClassification: Salary, ExemptBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with 4% match, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and 15 days of PTO + 10 company holidays.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team for all assigned studies and locationsAchieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targetsGuide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databasesEnsure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollmentDevelop relationships with community organizations, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to build sustainable referral networksOversee diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure representative patient populations in clinical trialsMonitor leading and lagging performance indicators at the individual and team level and take targeted action to address or prevent underperformanceBuild and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and resultsPrioritize studies and execute patient routing to optimize revenue while meeting enrollment commitments across all studiesLead and manage (direct or dotted-line) patient recruiting call center managers, quality and training managers, strategists, and remarketers to achieve key performance indicatorsManage prescreen programs, ensuring appropriate prioritization, routing, and strategy to support revenue goals, enrollment timelines, and database growthIdentify and implement coaching, training, and development initiatives for managers and individual contributorsIdentify process and system improvement opportunities and partner with corporate and site support teams to drive enhancementsParticipate in sponsor relations and communications as neededManage and maintain site-level vendor relationships, including sponsor-funded central recruitment campaignsEnsure accurate and timely documentation within CRM and CTMS systemsEnsure patient enrollment teams adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional conduct standardsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSProfessional ExperienceProven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representativesCall center leadership supporting multi-therapeutic studies preferred2–3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative preferredEducationBachelor's degree required; business degree preferredTrainingHealthcare sales and call center management training preferredRequired CapabilitiesStrong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulationsProven leadership of geographically dispersed teamsHighly data-driven, with the ability to identify trends and take fast, measurable actionAbility to build a culture of accountability, performance, and resultsAdvanced coaching skills, including emotional intelligence and persona-based messaging to improve conversionExperience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levelsAbility to create and execute study-specific recruiting strategiesExpertise in delivering an exceptional, inclusive patient experienceProficiency with call center systems, phone platforms, and CRMsStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsAdaptable, solutions-oriented, and effective in dynamic environmentsRelevant therapeutic area experience is a plusFlourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
