Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Great Lakes Psychotherapy Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and specific interventions aligned with the client’s needs.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health care.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning in urgent situations, ensuring clients receive immediate support.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and peer support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
