Collections Associate

Collections Associate (Baltimore, MD) Position Overview The Collections Associate will support KONE’s Baltimore, MD and Mechanicsburg, PA operations. Based in the Baltimore branch, the role is focused on managing collections disputes from initiation through resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle collections disputes from start to finish. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Use office management tools (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) to document status updates and prepare reports for stakeholders. Conduct initial customer contact, request action, and follow‑up appropriately. Record disputes and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B collections experience. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other related tools. Associate’s degree in a related field or 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Adept at documenting details and presenting updates to stakeholders. Strong tenacity and perseverance to see initiatives through to completion.
