Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients, utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure confidentiality and security.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices. Regularly review and adapt these plans as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute emotional distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and creative problem-solving strategies.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care pathways.

• Adhere to the ethical standards of practice set forth by licensing boards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Common issues may include anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. Your approach will be client-centered, allowing you to build trusting relationships that facilitate open dialogue and effective treatment. The flexibility of remote sessions ensures that you can reach clients who may not have access to traditional in-person therapy services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Proven knowledge of, and experience with, teletherapy, including familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and methods.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational abilities with effective time-management skills to balance a varied caseload.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, including staying current with therapeutic trends and methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
