Job Details Location: Lynn Plant – Lynn, MA 01901 Hourly Salary: $17.75 – $17.75 Position Type: Full‑Time Shift: 1st Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Job Summary To ensure continuous and efficient operation of the production line to meet customer requirements in accordance with Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Quantity and Cost (SSQQC). Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to safe working practices at all times. Prepare each batch of stock following the recipe to the letter. Ensure all machinery is operational; if not, report to supervisor or maintenance ASAP. Perform daily checks of the area for non‑compliance and report to supervisor. Ensure finished product conforms to specifications. Manufacture quality products efficiently within time and quantity parameters. Follow the company GMPs. Maintain a clean and tidy production area at all times. Report downtime to maintenance in a timely manner. Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes (e.g., low yields). Monitor and manage all waste. Manage inventory of raw material. Take instructions from supervisors. Perform any other tasks deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by management. Required Skills Ability to work all scheduled shifts, on time. Ability to work weekends as requested by manager/supervisor. Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery. Power jack driving preferred; training will be provided if needed. Excellent interpersonal skills for a team environment. Proven track record in safe working practices. Manufacturing experience preferred (preferably in the food industry). Experience working in temperature‑controlled settings. Experience with perishable items. Hoist training (training will be provided). Required Attributes Self‑starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward. Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to team success. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Creative problem‑solving skills. Obsessive attention to detail, well organized, and able to juggle many projects at once. Comfortable working at a fast pace in ambiguous environments. Passionate about food. Willingness to address difficult situations head‑on with patience and respect. Desired Skills Effective communication with supervisors and team members. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Passion for food and high quality. Excellent attention to detail. Numeracy skills. Bi‑lingual preferred. Hoist training. Power jack licensed. Pay Range for Stock Cook The Stock Cook base pay range is $17.75 USD hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed regularly. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. We also consider internal equity and pay equity. The Stock Cook position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual discretionary bonus program up to 5%.
