Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Night Rotating Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC unit, with potential float coverage to other units serving the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Participate in holiday rotation coverage as required by unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown/IMC/PCU specialty; travel experience may be considered
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• No open background case findings or license hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred
• 18 months of experience within a single location preferred, though combined experience will be considered
