Senior Marketing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to help bring greater rigor, transparency, and efficiency to our customer acquisition efforts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and business strategy, helping drive smarter investment decisions through deep analysis of acquisition performance, customer quality, and long-term business outcomes.

This is not a traditional campaign reporting position. The ideal candidate will be able to connect marketing activity to downstream customer performance, profitability, and overall business value.

You'll work closely with marketing, analytics, product, finance, and executive stakeholders to build scalable reporting, improve measurement capabilities, and identify opportunities to optimize growth while maintaining customer quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze paid acquisition performance across digital marketing channels, including Google and Meta.
• Measure marketing effectiveness beyond top-of-funnel metrics by connecting acquisition activity to revenue, profitability, and customer quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain funnel reporting across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI definitions.
• Design, measure, and interpret A/B tests and experimentation initiatives.
• Support attribution and measurement initiatives to improve marketing investment decisions.
• Partner with marketing leadership to evaluate channel performance and optimize budget allocation.
• Leverage SQL, Python, and analytics tools to uncover actionable insights from large datasets.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Performance Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
• Python experience for analytics, automation, or statistical analysis.
• Experience analyzing paid media performance, particularly Google and Meta channels.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

Ideal Experience

• Attribution modeling, incrementality testing, MMM, or multi-touch attribution.
• Marketing experimentation and A/B testing.
• Customer acquisition economics and performance measurement.
• Advanced analytics, forecasting, or predictive modeling.
• Experience influencing marketing investment decisions through quantitative analysis.
