Product Manager, Bioprocessing CGTResponsible for building business success through proactive lifecycle management, product development, and expansion of the assigned portfolio responsibility. This role acts as the central interface for developing and executing global portfolio strategies in close collaboration with colleagues in R&D, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing.Education Qualification: Degree (required) Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent Certifications (incl. professional qualifications) i.e. ACCA, GPHR, CIPS, PgMP Preferred: Product Management/Project Management Skills: You bring a profound knowledge in either life science research or drug discovery derived from 3+ years of relevant industry or academic experience. You like to work interdisciplinary and feel at home at the interface of scientific, technical, and business issues. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-workload environment and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives for on-time event closure. Must work well on a team, and be able to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement in a cross-functional team setting. Creative and comfortable with thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo. Must be proactive, action-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to change. Must be able to identify and flag risks promptly to keep deliverables on track. Must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
