Job Description As an Account Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between NextShining and our clients. You will help maintain strong account relationships, support day-to-day client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clients receive a professional and consistent experience. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients and accounts. Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and general account support. Understand client needs and help identify appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of client requests. Provide clear and professional communication throughout the customer relationship. Maintain accurate account information, notes, and activity records. Follow up with clients regarding ongoing requests, updates, and service needs. Assist with account retention and long-term relationship development. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
