Location: Renton, WA (Dedicated Client Fleet Site)

Address: 1320 Union Ave NE, Renton, WA

Shift: Overnight | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (5 Days/Week)

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $32.00/hr Base + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

Goodyear Fleet Services is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Supervisor / Lead Technician to oversee night-shift fleet operations and work alongside our tech team. Ideal for experienced Service Advisors, Assistant Managers, Shop Leads, or Senior Mechanics looking to step into leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily fleet shop operations during the overnight shift.

• Manage technician workflow, job assignments, and productivity.

• Perform hands-on inspections, preventative maintenance, tire services, and basic brake repairs alongside the team.

• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and accurate service record documentation.

• Support and coach technicians to maintain smooth fleet maintenance operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of automotive service management, shop lead, or service advisor experience.

• Hands-on experience with routine automotive maintenance, brake service, and tire work.

• Valid Driver’s License and active driving record.

• Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
