Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage operations across their healthcare network, which includes a surgical center and diagnostic center. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple clinics, including a surgical center and diagnostic center. Develop and implement operational processes to enhance patient care, efficiency, and profitability. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance for the network. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Drive patient experience initiatives and operational improvements across the network. Work closely with executive leadership to identify and execute business development opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, particularly within multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, or diagnostic centers. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South Florida. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred . Proven track record of managing large, complex healthcare operations. Experience with financial management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
