Job Summary Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track. Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime. Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers. Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. Act as the company’s front line of contact with the customer, understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders. Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times. Perform required administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. Education / Experience High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Previous equipment rental industry experience. Strong customer service & telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.
