Payroll & HR Director
Company: Luxor Healthcare

Luxor Healthcare is looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Director to join our fast-paced and supportive administrative team. With several Skilled Nursing Facilities across the St. Louis area, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping systems
Manage onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation
Support recruiting, including reference checks and interview scheduling
Assist with employee benefits and termination processes

Qualifications:

1+ year of HR/payroll experience (healthcare preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and personable
