HVAC Sales Manager

You will work a consistent, full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday , out of our Northridge, CA office.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• 2+ years of experience in sales or leadership roles
• Financial competency, including KPI's & gross profit
• Experience with HVAC field software (i.e. ServiceTitan)
• Positive "can do" attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
• Competitive industry experience

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC MANAGER

As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will work with our inside team ensure top-notch financial performance by focusing on sales and profitability. Your day will include lead generation and follow up. You will meet customers with professionalism and foster a five-star team dedicated to superior service. By coaching, training, and hiring, you will continually improve your team's performance, all while leveraging your expertise and experience with HVAC field software like ServiceTitan. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight as you drive results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
