IT Technician I

Job Description: SyberStone is seeking IT Technicians to join our team and provide on-site technical support for our clients. The ideal candidates will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities: Install and configure hardware, software, and network equipment as needed. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end-users. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Associate degree or technical certification in IT or related field. Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong technical skills with hardware, software, and networking knowledge. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary. Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check.
