Spanish-Speaking SaaS Onboarding Lead

Roofr is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to own the full onboarding journey for net-new customers, from Account Setup and training through to a handoff to the Customer Success Manager. You will manage multiple onboarding cycles in a high-volume environment, balancing 1:1 sessions with scalable group training, and tailor guidance to each business workflow.
