The greater Terroni team is warm, enthusiastic and passionate about authentic Italian food and wine as well as providing exceptional service. We're looking for like-minded bartenders to join us at our newly opened Terroni Brentwood location!
Our goal is to provide welcoming hospitality and a memorable experience to neighborhood regulars and new guests alike in our fast-paced dining room.
Some basics that we require you bring to the table:
- recent experience in a similar setting
- strong foundation in classic cocktail preparation
- familiarity with contemporary craft cocktails
- willingness to closely follow recipes and house specs
- must be a team player - we're always assisting each other on the floor
- ability to work efficiently while keeping a tidy workspace
- wine knowledge is a plus, familiarity with Italian wines is a gold star :)
We ask for reasonable availability and will accommodate as best we can in return. Daytime and evening shifts are currently available. Applicants with both AM & PM availability will be prioritized.
