We are looking for an ambitious, driven sales leader to step into a key business development role and drive our next chapter of growth.

We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close service contracts with property managers, facility directors, and commercial clients.

This is a high-visibility, dynamic role suited for a proactive professional comfortable with prospecting, conducting on-site facility walkthroughs, preparing tailored proposals, and executing high-value agreements.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.

• Client Engagement & Walkthroughs: Schedule client meetings and conduct thorough on-site facility assessments to understand scope, space, and operational needs.

• Proposal & Contract Closing: Present customized service solutions, negotiate deal terms within company guidelines, and close multi-faceted service contracts.

• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, proposals, and sales pipelines using CRM systems; provide regular forecasts and updates.

• Account Transition Support: Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly acquired client accounts.

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing accounts to identify cross-selling or service expansion opportunities.

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (commercial facility management, janitorial, security, or building services experience strongly preferred).

• Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with CRM platforms for sales tracking.

• Mobility: Ability to travel regularly across assigned territories for client meetings and facility walkthroughs.

• Self-Starter Mindset: Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage a pipeline independently to meet and exceed growth goals.
