- Experience in Human Resource Outsourcing - Orientation
- Experience in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Projects
- Proficiency in developing documentation and training materials
- Experience with Entitlement Management processes
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in hybrid work environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct virtual interviews effectively
- Assist in managing the team tasked with providing identity verification services
- Define IAM project requirements for process, workflow, and report definitions
- Develop and deliver subject training and other knowledge materials
- Participate in virtual interviews to support identity verification, ensuring smooth processes
- Adjudicate verification statuses based on established guidelines and controls
