They are investing in PLG initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth—and they need your expertise to make it happen.Your ImpactAs a Product Marketing Manager (PLG), you will: Own and refine pricing & packaging strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue. Optimize the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, feature discovery, and expansion into higher-value product tiers. Analyze product adoption trends to identify opportunities for engagement and upsell. Develop in-app messaging campaigns to encourage feature utilization and enhance customer success. Run A/B tests and experiments to refine in-app engagement and conversion strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to execute high-impact adoption campaigns. Stay ahead of PLG trends and bring innovative growth strategies to the team.What You’ll Need 3+ years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech environment. Expertise in PLG strategies, including self-service models and in-app engagement. Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing product usage data to drive decisions. Technical aptitude, with familiarity in tools like Pendo, Snowflake, and Power BI (experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus).
