What You'll Do

As a Therapist with RFS Behavioral Health, you'll:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Help children and adolescents overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
• Support students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life stressors
• Partner with families, schools, and community organizations to create lasting solutions
• Develop treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes
• Empower students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed

Qualifications

• LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license-eligible professional
• Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
