About the role: As a

Business Analyst

, you will provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis. Research and capture business needs and act as a proxy for the users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure the end-state functionality is acceptable in fulfilling the identified customer value. What we are looking for: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical role Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Highly preferred: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing business requirements Any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe would be beneficial Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance Work Type: Onsite - Colorado Springs, CO May require up to 10% travel Salary Range
