You'll enjoy state-of-the-art technology, a supportive professional environment, and a workplace deeply committed to community and innovation.Position SummaryAs Case Management Supervisor, you will work across both hospitals, partnering with the Manager and Senior teams to ensure high-quality patient care, effective discharge planning, and efficient case management practices.
