Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked Referral bonuses – refer a friend and you both earn gift cards after 10 shifts What You Will Do Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation Modeling and coaching for site‑based staff Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In‑person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered) What You Will Need Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Commitment to collaborative, student‑centered behavior support Experience working with school‑aged children is a plus About Scoot Education Scoot Education is a mission‑driven education staffing partner supporting public, charter, private and faith‑based schools across the country.
