Travel RN – Med/Telemetry (Spine Unit)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Telemetry Spine unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Telemetry or Med/Tele nursing role
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a spine or orthopedic unit
• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting
