Talent Specialist

To support a mission-driven organization, the remote Talent Specialist will identify, recruit, and onboard high-caliber Guest Teachers, ensuring they are inspired and prepared to make an immediate impact in the classroom. Key Responsibilities Source, interview, and hire top-caliber Guest Teacher candidates to meet hiring goals Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and onboarding systems while using data to optimize the candidate journey Build relationships with Guest Teachers to promote assignment fulfillment and retention Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or a related field Experience teaching or working in K-12 education strongly preferred Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and digital communication tools Experience with ATS or HRIS systems preferred but not required
