Description: Clear Connection is looking for a highly motivated individual, who can arrive each day on time, with the required tools for the task at hand!We are looking for a technician with a minimum of two years' experience in the telecommunications and structured cabling field. Requirements:• High school diploma, GED, or higher (Industry certifications are a plus)OSHA10 or OSHA30 preferredKnowledge of power tools and their specific use case (saws, hammer drills, 10 in 1 screwdriver, Tape Measure, Tone and Probe, Needle Nose Pliers and Side Cutters, etc..)Minimum 2+ years of experience in structured cabling and installation fieldValid driver's license with reliable transportationFlexible schedule (ability to work day shift, night shift, and some weekends, depending on projects and customers)Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organizedWilling to travel if neededAbility to pass drug/background check when requiredResponsibilities:Installation & termination of low voltage copper network cable (Cat6, Cat6A, Coax, etc.)Testing and verification of cabling using industry standard equipmentFamiliarity with construction drawing sets and floorplansProvide concise daily reports to project foremanWork with other members of the team to ensure brand integrity is being keptThe key to this position is to have strong communication &problem solving skills.
