Our marketing team manages high-volume concepts, city-wide traditions, and a complex web of digital and print assets.We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution that keeps our brands running smoothly. This role reports to our marketing team, acting as the primary support for promotions, brand identity, and guest engagement. If you are a high-energy "doer" who thrives on organization and follow-through, this is your seat at the table.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou will take the lead on the essential workflows that drive our guest experience:Digital Presence & Maintenance: Ensure our "online front doors" are accurate. You'll handle frequent menu updates across multiple websites and keep business listings (Google, Yelp, OpenTable) current.Brand Asset Support: Support the logistics of our physical brand. This includes auditing menu paper inventory, ordering signage, and ensuring every location is stocked with the collateral they need.Guest Relations and Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to community feedback, direct messages, and reviews with a professional, brand-aligned voice.Retail & E-Commerce: Support the fulfillment side of our business, retail inventory tracking, and order shipping.Who You AreWe are looking for a detail-obsessed professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.A Natural Organizer: You find deep satisfaction in a completed checklist and an updated calendar.
