This is a full-time position with multiple flexible shifts: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–5 Monday–Friday, plus evening and weekend availability. You'll dispatch directly from home, and no central check-in is required.No licenses are required! All that you need is:Dewald Academy of Drying certificateIICRC accreditationExperience in the water mitigation industryStrong understanding of the mitigation process and equipment functionalityAbility to frequently lift and carry up 80 lbs.Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periodsAbility to work in diverse conditions (outdoors, non-air-conditioned spaces, confined areas, etc.)Ability to work in a full-face respirator, particulate mask (N95), and safety glasses or face shieldAbility to work in and around sewage and microbial growthPunctual, motivated, reliable, and demonstrates strong leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:Advanced IICRC Certifications2+ years of progressive field experienceLeadership or mentorship experienceExperience with project documentation softwareFamiliarity with insurance protocolsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of building systemsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationValid driver's license with a clean recordAvailability for CAT (catastrophe) deploymentsHOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?We foster a collaborative and professional work environment where employees are valued and supported.
