Job Title MORNING CUSTODIAL SPECIALIST CLOSING DATE: Open until Filled PAY RANGE: $13.80 - $16.55 (depending on experience) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM DEPARTMENT: Buildings JOB SUMMARY Lehi City is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional individual to join our custodial team at the Lehi City Civic Center. This morning shift position plays a key role in preparing the facility for daily operations while working respectfully and quietly in an environment with staff and early occupants present. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a variety of custodial and cleaning duties throughout the Civic Center during early morning hours. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and public areas. Complete detailed cleaning tasks while maintaining a low-noise, professional presence in occupied spaces. Operate light custodial equipment and tools in a safe and non-disruptive manner. Use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and according to established procedures. Follow direction from supervisors while working independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior while interacting with staff and the public. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and cleaning standards. Willingness to work early morning hours (4:00 AM to 9:00 AM). Ability to work quietly and professionally in occupied buildings. Ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, and the public. Must pass a BCI (background) check.
