As a Sales Community Manager at Brookdale, you will be a guide for families and older adults, a team player collaborating with local professionals, and a partner working alongside leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at exceeding revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities Act as frontline support for families and older adults from initial interest to moving in. Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads through community connections. Work with leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent education/experience. Valid driver’s license. Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in senior living. Strong technological skills with proficiency in MS Office and electronic documentation. Compensation The compensation range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Eligible for monthly and quarterly commissions.
