Your Profile You possess significant experience within the Utilities sector and customer-facing functions. Your Responsibilities You will leverage your industry expertise to directly assist clients with strategic challenges relating to digital commerce and sales. Understand client needs to develop innovative strategies and implement high-impact solutions that add substantial value. Provide thought leadership on trends impacting digital transformation and customer operations within the Utilities sector, reinforcing Accenture’s position as a trusted advisor. Oversee digital transformation initiatives, leading project delivery teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies that align with expectations for timing, budget, and quality. Conduct value analysis to uncover insights and pinpoint value creation opportunities across digital capabilities. Collaborate with clients to address critical C‑Suite issues and make impactful decisions. Cultivate your expertise and mentor junior team members, helping to maintain Accenture’s leadership status. Support client engagement profitability by identifying opportunities for extensions, cross‑sells, and up‑sells. Manage multiple workstreams and serve as the key point of contact for senior clients throughout delivery programs. What You’ll Need A minimum of 10 years of experience in the utilities sector, with a deep understanding of customer dynamics and market trends. At least 6 years in consulting, strategy, or a similar role. Over 4 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience in Utilities or related sectors. MBA or equivalent graduate degree. Proven success in delivering and selling complex advisory programs within the Utilities industry. Strong knowledge of customer sales enablement platforms like Salesforce. Familiarity with back‑office processes and systems such as Oracle and SAP. Excellent quantitative skills and analytical thinking, with at least 2 years of experience in deriving insights using analytical tools. Effective organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Location Details Specific office locations are available, and compensation varies based on a variety of factors including role, skill set, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $122,700 to $317,200 depending on location.
