Your Role The Senior Integration Architect will act as a technical project manager overseeing technology implementation processes and client relationships for significant projects with designated federal Oracle Health clients. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for activities related to implementation. Your responsibilities will include: Managing complex client relationships, navigating variability, and influencing outcomes to achieve set goals. Creating strategies for system design, validation, and integration across various solutions and care venues. Developing and managing domain, issue, and change control strategies effectively. Identifying and mitigating integration risks proactively, serving as the escalation point for critical issues. Providing integration oversight for projects and assisting team members to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met, while ensuring client value is achieved. Offering integration and domain expertise to project teams for both internal and external clients. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance solution direction and functionality regarding integration and stability. About You You possess a strong understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions, such as PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, and/or INA. You have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and their workflows. You bring experience as a consultant, providing domain expertise and project management oversight. You have a background in the healthcare industry. You enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance processes and continuously improve methodologies. You understand the importance of safeguarding corporate and client assets. You are willing to travel up to 75% as required. You are comfortable working amid ambiguity. You provide domain expertise in project management and client relationship management. Technical Skills Required Proficiency in Citrix Storefront Management, Interface/FSI, Interoperability/CCDs, SQL/CCL, Hardware Deployment, TechPortal (Offline) Automations, Olympus, Ops Jobs Configuration and Troubleshooting, WebSphere Application Server, Data Synchronization, and Data Accuracy. Preferably, OCI knowledge/certifications. You have at least six years of professional experience. You possess three or more years of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting experience, including HCIT support and project management. You excel in verbal, written, and presentation communication. You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
