Remote National Strategic Client Services Director
Insurance Office of America
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of National Strategic Client Services - Employee Benefits to lead our national client service initiatives for complex accounts. You will partner with Producers, Account Executives, and operations to deliver data-driven solutions that improve outcomes and retention.
The role requires strong executive presence, deep knowledge of self-funded and partially self-funded plans, and a track record of guiding strategic proposals and renewals.
