Remote Federal BDR Team Lead & Coach

Cisco is seeking a leader to build and coach our Federal Business Development Representative (BDR) team. You'll manage reps who generate qualified pipeline across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel accounts, from inbound and outbound leads. This is a hands-on coaching role: you'll spend real time alongside your reps, sharpening how they run discovery and qualify opportunities before handing them to the sellers who close.
