- Experience in a construction supply retailer, wholesaler, or parts sales
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning ERP software (Mincron)
- Basic understanding of construction, HVAC, or the trades
