Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities Plan, implement, and oversee HVAC/Mechanical projects in the construction industry, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial parameters. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from initial planning and design through to construction and final handover. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws. Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically leading HVAC and Mechanical projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and HVAC/Mechanical systems. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions quickly. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget development and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
