Back End Developer

We are hiring a Senior Back‑End Developer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Senior Back‑End Developer you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying complex web applications and systems. You will collaborate with front‑end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of the back‑end and front‑end functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using cutting‑edge technologies such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Responsibilities Design, code, test, and debug complex web applications and systems. Collaborate with front‑end developers to integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic. Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between front‑end and back‑end systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth functioning of the application. Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in back‑end development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB. Strong understanding of web development principles including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, etc. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
