Join our team at the Cincinnati Service Center in Mason, OH, and become an integral part of our mission to efficiently process vision insurance claims. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the potential for growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process a variety of vision insurance claims or adjustments.
- Determine any special plan requirements prior to billing.
- Review claims for completeness and compliance with business requirements.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with stores or providers to obtain additional information when necessary.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree.
- Claims processing experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid business.
- Experience with insurance portal billing, specifically VSP/Eyefinity.
- Working knowledge of interface systems such as Facets, EyeNet, and ExClaim.
