• Floating: May float to Neuro IMC as needed
• EMR: Epic
• Orientation: 2 shifts, more if needed

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• CCRN, SCRN, or CNRN preferred
• Strong critical care nursing skills in a Neuro ICU environment
• Comfortable with a 1:2 patient ratio, with flexibility based on acuity
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Neuro ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care throughout the assignment
• Support unit needs by floating to Neuro IMC when required
• Follow unit policies, clinical protocols, and best practices for critical care nursing
