About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role will take ownership of month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, financial statements, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate has experience in both accounting and FP&A and is comfortable balancing daily accounting tasks with broader financial responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Manage complex financial records and maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting data. Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and related financial reports. Perform general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed. Ensure financial reporting and accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards and internal controls. Perform daily accounting and financial data entry tasks as needed to support accurate and efficient financial operations. Requirements and Experience: Experience managing day-to-day accounting or financial operations. Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis. Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Experience managing complex financial records while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity. Working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Willingness to perform daily accounting data entry and transactional tasks as part of the role. Comfortable working in a hands-on accounting role that includes both daily transactional responsibilities and higher-level financial responsibilities. Evitalin is an equal opportunity employer.
