Recruiting Coordinator Daily Responsibilities Utilize Job boards and Applicant tracking system to source and manage candidates Conduct screening calls to verify candidates are qualified and interested in job posting Enter notes for all status changes into ATS and track onboarding process Work with all levels of management to ensure onboarding process runs smoothly Continuously update recruiting reports utilized by executive leadership Other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills Ability to use Applicant Tracking Software Interview and staffing experience preferred Excellent Organization and communication skills What We Offer Southeast Independent Delivery Service was founded in 1999, and we understand that our employees, owner- operators and contractors, are at the forefront of our business, focusing on safety and providing quality services for our customers.
