Leadman & Associates is searching for a Division Manager (Senior Plant Manager) to lead one of the most complex Food & Beverage manufacturing facilities within a well-established organization.
This is much more than a traditional Plant Manager role.
You'll lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation overseeing Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Safety, and overall business performance. This facility also serves as the company's hub for specialty products and new product commercialization, offering a unique opportunity to influence both operations and innovation.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead all plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Safety
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost management
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Improve production scheduling across a diverse product portfolio
- Lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Partner on capital projects and long-term operational strategy
- Help shape future new product development initiatives
What You Bring
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience leading teams of 60+ employees
- Food & Beverage manufacturing experience required
- Dairy manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Union leadership experience preferred
- Budget ownership and operational KPI management
- Continuous improvement and capital project experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong business acumen and exceptional people leadership
