HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

Duties
Coordinates actions necessary to ensure effective Human Resources (HR) services support for MAJCOM equivalent, HQ SOCCENT serviced Air Force personnel, to include its deployable members, active and reserve component.
Leads team that coordinates actions necessary to ensure effective Air Force Strength Management support to Commander SOCCENT and subordinate elements/commands, to include deployed subordinate command nodes.
Provides Data Automation and Finance/Pay Support to the Director of Personnel. Serves as the Manager responsible for Air Force personnel financial entitlements.
Provides Senior Staff HR Management Communication. Prepares and provides information to keep management officials aware of program compliance with established regulations and guidelines.
