Work Schedule

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (preferred)
40 hours/week
Non-negotiable: Must be able to report to the Tampa site.

Manager

Direct leader is remote in Costa Rica.
Candidate must be comfortable reporting to a manager outside the U.S.

Primary Focus: Separation Processing

Termination letters
Severance documentation
Exit packages
Final pay-impacting data changes

Cross-Functional Coordination

Payroll
Time & attendance
Other HR Operations teams

Systems Used

Workday - Required
ServiceNow - Required/Preferred
ADP - Preferred
Excel - Heavy use beyond basic level

Role Focus

Back-end, administrative HR role.
Not front-facing or employee relations.

HR Operations / HR Processing experience
Separation processing
Case management
Leave of absence experience can translate
No recruiting-focused backgrounds
Strong critical thinking
Ability to resolve issues without scripts
Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision
Strong Excel proficiency:
- Formulas
- Reports
- Managing spreadsheets
- Not just data entry or basic use

Systems Experience

Workday - Strongly preferred
ServiceNow - Highly preferred
ADP - Nice to have

Education & Language Requirements

Bachelor's degree - Required
English - Required

Nice-to-Have Languages

Spanish
French - Most desired additional language
Portuguese

Languages enable cross-market support across the Americas, but lack of a second language will not disqualify a strong candidate.
