Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant Price Brothers Management Company is a family owned and operated property management organization with over 100 years in the real estate industry. Salary Range: $17.35-$18.35 hourly plus commission. Key Role Responsibilities Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants Our Ideal Candidate 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations.
