Work Environment

Located in the heart of Plano, Texas, our Surgical Center offers a modern, onsite clinical setting equipped with advanced medical technologies and facilities. As a Full-Time Physician Assistant, you will work Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule starting at 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and review medical histories to gather critical health information.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and radiological exams, to aid in accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose and manage various acute health issues, ensuring prompt and effective medical intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians to create tailored treatment plans for chronic conditions, continually assessing their effectiveness.
• Prescribe and monitor medications, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain detailed and organized patient records through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide essential education on health conditions and disease prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant within a clinic, hospital, emergency room, or urgent care setting.

• Possession of a valid California State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and DEA number.

Compensation and Benefits
