Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $15-$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

In this role, you're not just answering phones-you're the central command connecting our purification plant, field technicians, and customers. Your decisions keep operations running smoothly and ensure rapid response when it matters most.

?? What You'll Do


?? Coordinate & Dispatch

• Assign service calls and route field technicians efficiently
• Keep crews moving and ensure timely response to repairs and maintenance

?? Monitor Critical Systems

• Track SCADA systems, water levels, and pressure in real time
• Identify issues early and help prevent disruptions

?? Lead Emergency Response

• Handle urgent calls like leaks, outages, or contamination concerns
• Coordinate with leadership, emergency services, and regulatory agencies
• Stay calm under pressure and keep communication flowing

?? Keep Operations on Record

• Log calls, service activity, and system data accurately
• Prepare reports to meet compliance standards (including EPA guidelines)

?? Support Our Customers

• Answer questions and schedule service appointments
• Provide clear, professional support during routine and high-stress situations

? What We're Looking For

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to stay calm and decisive in urgent situations
• Basic computer skills (dispatch or monitoring systems experience is a plus)
• Previous dispatch, utilities, or customer service experience preferred
